Engineering Projects (India) Limited (EPI) has announced the Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2025 for Civil Engineering graduates. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh B.E./B.Tech (Civil) holders to gain practical training and build a strong foundation in the public sector.
EPI is inviting applications for two Graduate Apprentice (Civil) positions at its regional offices in Guwahati and Chennai. The last date to apply via email is October 30, 2025.
🏗️ About the Recruitment
EPI’s Graduate Apprentice program is designed to provide hands-on training to young civil engineers. Selected candidates will work on real-time infrastructure projects, learning various aspects of project management, supervision, and execution under expert guidance.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Applicants must have completed a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks from an AICTE-approved university or institute.
Age Limit:
Candidates should be between 18 and 30 years of age as of October 30, 2025.
- SC/ST candidates are eligible for a 5-year age relaxation.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates get a 3-year relaxation.
💰 Stipend and Training Details
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 during the apprenticeship period.
No additional benefits, bonuses, or allowances will be provided.
Training Focus:
Apprentices will gain hands-on experience in civil engineering, including project supervision, planning, and management. They will work on large-scale projects in sectors such as Power, Steel, Industrial, Civil, and Infrastructure.
🧾 Selection Process
The selection process is purely merit-based, determined by the marks obtained in the qualifying degree (B.E./B.Tech).
- No written test or interview will be conducted.
- Candidates with CGPA/OGPA/DGPA should convert their score to percentage format. If no conversion formula is provided by the university, 6 out of 10 CGPA will be treated as 60%.
- The final merit list will be published on the EPI official website and notified via email.
- Selected candidates must provide a medical fitness certificate before joining.
