About the Role
Amazon is hiring Investigation Specialists to join their risk and safety team. In this role, you will review and investigate seller activities on the Amazon platform to protect customers and ensure a safe shopping experience.
You will work from home and help Amazon fight fraud, prevent risks, and keep the platform secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate suspicious or high-risk seller transactions.
- Follow Amazonโs guidelines and take action when needed.
- Record detailed notes of your work.
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and managers.
- Escalate problems when necessary.
- Meet targets for quality and productivity.
Who Can Apply?
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream).
- 0 to 5 years of work experience.
- Good English communication skills (speaking and writing).
- Basic computer and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Work Details
- Shift: Rotational (24/7 environment), changes every few months.
- Days Off: 2 consecutive days off (may not be weekends)
